FEIN is a manufacturer of premium quality power tools and accessories for the industrial/metal and interior sectors. As the original manufacturer of the world’s first power tool, FEIN has been innovating for over 150 years and is extremely proud of its engineering heritage.
It approached Refresh to deliver a campaign to relaunch the brand in the metal sector, gain widespread awareness and clarify its brand positioning with its audiences. Refresh’s brief covered PR, internal communications and media buying.
Initially Refresh spent time undertaking desk research, followed b a strategy session with key internal staff and finally a review of the corporate business plan. From here, Refresh devised a PR strategy to dovetail into the company’s plans, with target audiences and key messages aligned carefully.
