In 2019, customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime optimisation specialist ELLO Media – part of the Dining Club Group – appointed Refresh to launch the brand, build awareness of the business and generate leads for the business in core sectors.

With ELLO Media being young, ambitious and growth-hungry (and already working with some of the biggest names in the business – Compare the Market and VUE cinemas to name a couple) we couldn’t wait to get our teeth stuck in!

The core campaign centred around a piece of hero content looking at customer attitudes toward brand loyalty and experiences. This was hosted on the ELLO Media website and used to stimulate news and thought leadership pieces in key sector media, drive traffic to the ELLO Media website and capture lead generation data – all over a sustained six-month period.

The short but sweet campaign resulted in:

  • Over 200 leads captured
  • 39 pieces of coverage – 82% in tier one press including The Drum, Marketing Week and eConsultancy
  • Over 1000 unique visitors to the campaign page on the website
  • A contract extension to work together across 2020
