Digitonic is a Glasgow-based smart mobile marketing specialist, which in 2019 secured investment that valued the business at £10m.
The company is growing at an exponential pace (it reported a 44% revenue growth in its last financial year), has a growing and innovative digital product offering, but had little to no awareness in the media.
So, Digitonic’s managing director asked Refresh to change this and do what we do best – deliver a strong media relations campaign aimed at increasing awareness of the brand on a local and national level, while positioning it at the forefront of mobile marketing.

We approached Refresh to help guide us and deliver a strategic communications plan. We were immediately impressed with the refreshingly honest feedback we received and the team’s hunger and tenacity to work with us. These foundations have led to us receiving highly creative ideas, exceptional content and impressive, profile raising coverage. I have been particularly impressed with the standard of writing that has helped position my company at the forefront of digital marketing and mobile messaging. Grant Fraser, CEO, Digitonic
