Hat trick of client wins for Refresh

Great news! We’ve been appointed by three new clients across the food and drink, construction and tech sectors to run campaigns throughout 2021 and beyond.

Austria’s Wienerberger, the leading provider of wall, roof and landscaping innovations, has appointed Refresh to deliver PR services in the UK to raise awareness of the brand in the social housing market. It follows a research project undertaken by Refresh in summer 2020 which informed the marketing and PR plan.

In an eight-way pitch, Edinburgh-based full-service ePOS and payments technology provider to the hospitality sector, ePOS Hybrid, has chosen Refresh to deliver its new PR campaign. As the sector perhaps most hard-hit by COVID-19, Refresh rose to the challenge to pitch a flexible campaign to demonstrate ePOS Hybrid’s knowledge and expertise in the sector.

Finally, LG has commissioned Refresh to undertake a year-long research project for the heating arm of the business, as a result of the agency’s work on the annual Heating Installer Awards, which the agency also owns and runs. The project will underpin the company’s marketing strategy into the future which focuses around renewable energy.

It’s meant that in the past six months alone we’ve launched a new brand and website, while being in very close and regular contact at a strategic level with all our clients, and also been able to bring on several new clients – three of which are mentioned here.

This consists of external training – with four team members currently studying for Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications funded by Refresh – complemented by frequent internal training.
