Across the built environment, property, placemaking and HVAC sectors, change is no longer something that’s on the horizon, it’s happening now, and it’s continuous. Policy is shifting, skills gaps are widening, and innovation is accelerating. It can be hard to keep up with the conversation around these changes.
Through our work, we often have the inside line and our finger on the pulse of industry news as it happens, and we want to share this knowledge rather than gatekeeping it. Our mission is to help others in the sector understand what’s going on via the different perspectives of our sector’s leaders.
That’s why we’re launching Refresh Perspective.
Challenging the industry echo chamber
Our Refresh Perspective campaign exists to answer a simple question: What is really happening in the industries we serve, and who is truly shaping that future?
Our approach to every PR and marketing project is to gather insights first. This initiative does just that. We’re taking a step back and listening. We’re bringing together the voices that are actively influencing the direction of the built environment, not just observing it.
We’re pooling the insights of leading figures across construction, property, placemaking and the wider built environment to build a clearer, more honest picture of where the industry stands in 2026, and sharing this with our clients and their networks.
This isn’t about surface-level trends. It’s about lived sharing experience and unique perspectives We want to know:
- The challenges leaders are navigating right now
- The opportunities emerging across the sector
- How businesses are adapting and leading through uncertainty
- The strategies shaping growth, resilience and relevance
Why this matters to us
As an award-winning PR and communications agency, we’ve always believed construction marketing should do more than fill space. It’s one of the core sectors we serve.
Through the interviews and insights we’re collating, we will shine a light on the true level of complexity, ambition and innovation within the industry.
So here’s a fresh perspective, or Refresh Perspective, as we like to call it.
If the PR and marketing we do is going to truly represent this sector, it needs to be grounded in real insight, not assumptions and anecdotes. It needs to reflect the voices that are actually driving change, not just echoing it.
By elevating these perspectives, we’re not just creating content. We’re helping to shape a more informed, more dynamic conversation about the future of construction.
The future, according to those building it
Over the coming weeks, our Refresh Perspective campaign will feature a series of interviews and insights from senior leaders across the sector.
Together, they will offer a first-hand look at:
- Market conditions in 2026 and beyond
- The strategic decisions shaping businesses today
- How organisations are responding to ongoing disruption
- Where the next wave of opportunity lies
- And where they get their inspiration from
This is about creating a space for honest, informed and forward-thinking discussion, the kind that moves the industry on, and informs industry leaders and decision makers.
It’s time for a Refresh Perspective
If construction is to move forward, the conversation around it needs to evolve too. More depth. More honesty. More creativity. Less grey. More (Refresh) pink!
This series is our contribution to that shift. We have created a platform for the people shaping the industry, and a clearer lens on what comes next.
If you would like to put yourself forward, or nominate someone for us to feature in the Refresh Perspective series, drop us a line.
