Aluprof Living: Creating and launching Aluprof’s first consumer brand in the UK

The brief

Aluprof is an internationally acclaimed producer of systems for aluminium windows, doors and facades, as well as modern sunshades and pergolas in Europe.

Aluprof partnered with Refresh to launch the group’s first-ever consumer brand into the UK market: Aluprof Living.

With no established consumer presence in the UK, the challenge was to build awareness and credibility within a highly competitive home improvement market, while positioning Aluprof Living as a premium, design-led brand for high-income homeowners.

Alongside consumer awareness, a secondary objective focused on growing and strengthening Aluprof’s installer and fabricator partner network. Once established, the campaign would be used to generate qualified demand and create new opportunities for trade partners across the UK.

Understanding the homeowner audience

Before creating the new consumer brand, Refresh conducted in-depth research via focus groups to understand the motivations for installing aluminum systems, the decision-making process and key influencers in the buying process from our target audience.

The research uncovered several important insights:

  • Homeowners prioritised aesthetics, durability and functionality
  • Homeowners struggle to trust installers because they have heard negative WOM – and they don’t like the separation between manufacturers, fabricators and installers
  • Homeowners valued brands with a reputation for quality
  • Homeowners relied on a diverse range of sources and considerations when seeking information including online research, reviews and visual platforms

Crucially, while awareness of aluminium as a material already existed, brand selection was heavily influenced by product aesthetics, perceived quality and trust. These insights directly informed the brand positioning, messaging and wider launch strategy for Aluprof Living.

Creating Aluprof Living.com

With the research completed and target audience of high-income individuals defined, the brand name was chosen: Aluprof Living.

The next step was creating a launch strategy capable of differentiating the brand within a crowded marketplace while establishing Aluprof Living as a trusted, aspirational and design-focused manufacturer of aluminium systems.

To clearly separate the consumer offering from Aluprof’s wider commercial proposition, Refresh worked closely with Aluprof’s European web team to design and launch a dedicated consumer-facing website.

With user experience, brand consistency and SEO performance central to the build, Refresh developed website copy across all pages, ensuring the product features, customisation options and aesthetic benefits were clearly communicated throughout the customer journey.

In Summer 2025, Aluprof Living officially launched online!

The campaign

Following the website launch, the focus shifted to driving awareness, building credibility and generating qualified demand for Aluprof’s installer network.

With these objectives in mind, Refresh created an integrated digital and PR strategy spanning multiple platforms and reaching prospective customers at different stages of their buying journey.

A targeted paid advertising campaign was launched across Meta and Google, with adverts created by Refresh to showcase the aesthetic appeal, functionality and premium qualities of the Aluprof Living product range.

Meta advertising focused on reaching audiences actively engaging with luxury home, renovation and lifestyle content, while Google advertising targeted consumers already demonstrating purchase intent.

Alongside the paid strategy, Refresh managed an always-on digital PR workstream, securing expert commentary and features across lifestyle and home interest media to build brand authority and generate high-quality backlinks to the website.

By combining insight-led messaging, aspirational creative and targeted advertising, the campaign successfully positioned Aluprof Living as a credible new entrant within the UK consumer market.

The results

Within nine months of launch, the campaign had successfully established Aluprof Living as a premium consumer brand while driving measurable demand for its installer network.

  • Over 2,500 visitors postcode searches to find an Aluprof Living installer for their home project
  • 19,000 visitors to the website
  • An average CTR of 7.2% on Google ads (over 4% above the industry average)
  • An average CTR of 2.87% on Meta ads (over 2% above the industry average)
  • Press coverage across Ideal Home and The Self builder, all with high authority backlinks

Beyond the performance metrics, the campaign strengthened Aluprof’s relationship with its partner network by creating a scalable pipeline of consumer demand and direct enquiries for installers across the UK.
