We’re searching for someone who would like to have a working day which involves:

  • Awards management of two key award schemes that Refresh owns and runs: the Heating Installer Awards and the Plumber Awards
  • Stakeholder management: regularly meeting with different sponsors, both face-to-face and over calls, to ensure they are always front of mind and receive the best service from Refresh. You will need to have a genuine interest in our sponsors and clients and what they do, and want to create relationships with them
  • Project management: you will be delivering many different elements of the awards from installer liaison, digital marketing, Mailchimp eNewsletters, social media, artwork and more, where planning ahead and hitting deadlines is crucial
  • Undertaking a large part of the work from entry taking through to drafting copy and editing videos (training is available)
  • Running Refresh’s own marketing, ensuring there is a full and meaningful 12 month strategy in place and being delivered upon
  • Multi-tasking and juggling different jobs
  • Ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Staying calm and collected in pressurised situations
  • Being proactive and enthusiastic

You’ll be part of our management team, which includes account managers and a copywriting manager,

This role is based predominantly out of our Manchester HQ, however, will require travel across the UK and overseas to visit clients and represent Refresh at relevant events. This is a varied role and each week will look different – it is up to you to set your week in a way that enables you to best deliver in the role. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements during interview stage but this role will predominantly be based alongside a team rather than being a from-home role.
