PR Moment Awards 2023: Refresh wins B2B campaign of the year!

Last night the PR Moment Awards presented Refresh with the award for best B2B Campaign of the Year 2023! After a record start to the year for us, this is another fantastic boost.

The winning project was a data-led, lead-generation content campaign for our tech client Ello Group. It saw us conduct a quantitative market research survey of 1,000 consumers and 500 marketers, which we repurposed into various content streams such as insight reports, infographics, blogs, eShots and of course, press releases.

Entitled, ‘Driving Loyalty in Challenging Times’, we drove backlinks to the website, secured 63 pieces of coverage in titles such as The Drum, Marketing Week and Retail Times, and smashed our sales-qualified leads KPI. Driving backlinks to the website was a crucial step in hitting our lead generation KPI and the team achieved a fantastic 50% coverage-to-backlink ratio.

The judges told us that they were looking to award the very best in business-to-business communications, and awarded us the win based on it being a campaign that had a significant effect on, and made a contribution to, the brand objectives – with evidence-based results, of course.

 

Ello Group is the tech brains behind some of the UK’s most renowned loyalty schemes: think Meerkat Meals and Vue Pass. We’ve worked together for approximately four years now, generating some excellent PR results in that time.
