It’s the big one, and it’s just around the corner!
If you didn’t know, InstallerSHOW 2024 is the largest heating, plumbing, and renewables expo in the country. This year it also has large sections for KBBs, tool manufacturers and workwear companies too. Across both Hall 4 and Hall 5 of the NEC (that’s over 600 exhibitors!), you simply don’t want to miss it. And we don’t want to miss you which is why we’ve taken a stand (5H59b) at the show, to provide a space where we can have more relaxed conversations.
We’re an approachable bunch, and we love to help – it’s why we’re in marketing and PR we think. We’ve taken our senior team off the day job for three days to ensure the stand is full of the most experience team members we have, meaning you’ll walk away with everything from thoughts around considering a new strategic direction through to a creative idea for your new Instagram story.

1. A PR problem shared is a PR problem halved
We’ve got fifteen years of experience as an agency specialising in this sector. Not only that, all our team members also work on clients that are also exhibiting at InstallerSHOW. This means we know your audience, and know it well.

3. Digital marketing for plumbing and heating
Many clients don’t actually use Refresh for standard PR services; instead we deliver digital marketing campaigns for them. This sees us delivering social media adverts, Google ads, PPC and SEO services – as well as media buying and digital PR. Phew! The list grows monthly, it seems, as more and more opportunities grow as tech continues to evolve. What we have refined over the years is how to do this well.

4. Integrating new marketing tactics into your plan
A lot of businesses as us how to find time to integrate new elements into an existing plan. Overstretched marketing and comms teams are now expected to provide bespoke content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and more on top of the demands of media coverage, marketing collateral, case studies and more!
It’s also an issue for us in agencies too; occasionally it can feel like it’s a case of jack of all trades. So how is it possible to do this, particularly when there’s no budget to pay an agency.
