We’re looking for a proven, senior PR professional to join our team as an account director/senior account director. You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of accounts (predominantly B2B) in the built environment, food and drink, tech and lifestyle sectors, with ultimate responsibility for their success, retention and growth.
Our fast-growing client base ranges from cutting-edge business scale ups to national companies across both private and not-for-profit sectors.
This role also has a dual focus on people. As part of the role, you be responsible for developing clear strategies around talent management, succession planning, and workforce development, as well as leading the agency’s workflow management and internal communications. Ultimately, you will be tasked with fostering a supportive and productive workplace and a high-performing team.
